COMMITMENT TO PRISTINE SPACES
We take hygiene and cleanliness standards very seriously. You’ll notice severalenhancements to our cleaning practices throughout the entire hotel. Theseinclude:
Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency ofcleaning anddisinfection, especially in high-traffic areas like restrooms, elevators, staircases,door handles, and we are providing hand sanitizing stations within the commonareas of the hotel.
Guest Rooms: Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. Let usknow if you wish to not have our team enter your room during your stay.
STAFF STANDARDS
We are still committed to delivering the highest quality of service to our guests,and whilst we’ll still be the friendly, attentive staff you know us to be, we will beimplementing some new measures, such as:
Personal Protective Equipment: Associates will wear required PPE based ontheactivities they are performing.
Temperature Check: We will be checking the staff’s temperature right at thebeginning and at the end of their shifts.
Testing: All our staff will have been tested for COVID-19 and will only beallowed to return to work if the results come back negative.
Social Distancing Practices: Our staff will be maintaining a safe distancefrom guests at all times, although our attention to detail will remain the same asalways!
Amenities: All key cards, pens, or amenities that guests will come into contactwith at the Front Desk or Restaurant will be disinfected after each use.
ROOMS
Room restructuring: Our rooms have undergone a slight decorative change -we have taken on a more minimalistic approach and have removed some of theusual amenities. However, should you require something that you cannot find inyour room don’t hesitate to let us know and we'll bring it right up.
Room cleaning: The rooms will be cleaned and disinfected daily with thehomologated cleaning products that have been approved by health authorities.We will be paying extra attention to commonly used items such as door handles,remote controls, phones and of course textiles of any sort (curtains, sofa, bed...).
Our housekeeping staff has received the necessary training to incorporate allthese new cleaning measures and products and will be wearing individualprotection equipment so as to ensure the maximum cleanliness for your room.
BATUAR RESTAURANT
Part of the experience of coming to the Cotton House Hotel is enjoying it’savantgarde Mediterrean cuisine, available at our Batuar restaurant and lushterrace.
You will be able to access our menus by using QR code. Also, all tables willrespect the necessary established distance.
MARRIOTT BONVOY APP
Maintaining safe social distances is one of the most important measures we canall taketo reduce unnecessary personal contact. Marriott Bonvoy members will havethechance to use the mobile app to have a contactless experience. For example,this includes being able to check in or check out without stopping by the frontdesk, or making any request directly through the app.
FITNESS
Should you wish to use our fitness room, let us know and we will book it for youin order to ensure that you have it all to yourself and won’t come into contactwith other guests. The gym will be disinfected appropriately after each use.
YOUR WELL BEING
Not feeling great whilst you're staying with us? Let us help. We will have at yourdisposal contactless thermometers should you wish to take your temperature, and should you require any medical assistance we can send a doctor to yourroom to take a look.
