The batuar (cotton gin) was the machine that pressed the cotton to remove impurities. And it’s also the name of the Cotton House Hotel restaurant and cocktail bar, a nod to Barcelona’s legacy of the textile trade, which features local products and Mediterranean dishes. Uninterrupted cuisine in a cozy, cosmopolitan space with a large terrace full of lush greenery.
